Chicago deep dish pizza with my internet/digital scrapping buddy, Alison who just happened to be in Chicago the same weekend - good timing! It was so fun to get to know her in person.
Walking back to the hotel after our wicked night (Joseph told me not to pick up on any guys while I was away, then laughed and said, "Nevermind, you're pregnant!" So our wicked night was just the musical, a lovely dinner and a stroll through downtown Chicago).
The three of us roomed together and/or next door to each other for the first three years of college, and each got married the same spring/summer before our senior year. I just adore them! It was so great to take a break from everything here at home. Thank you, thank you, Joseph, for supporting my little adventure, and many thanks to my in-laws for taking the kids!

Looks like you had a great trip! I'm so glad you got a break---you deserve it! I just bought my plane ticket for Washington!!!! I'm so excited to go back--without the boys, even. Miss Scarlet has never been to Washington--isn't that sad?
Yay! Don't you just love visiting old friends? Of course, it's also nice to shuck the mantle of responsibility for awhile and just enjoy yourself. :) VERY cute pics, and I love your hair when it's curly and short.

Umm... hello, there my friend! Wow, so random to run into you in this weird internet world. So this is how I found you: Rachel notified me on facebook (which I hate) that Tiff was also on facebook. Then I found Tiff. Then I saw pictures of the three of you beauties in Chicag. Then I was like, "Wow, those are my roomies that I adore." Sheesh. You are adorable. And preggers with number three? How fun! So fun to see you here.
